Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Fitted clothing can be helpful so I can see your alignment and offer guidance.
Most classes are barefoot, though socks are welcome if that’s more comfortable for you. Please avoid shoes.

No prior experience is required.
All group classes are designed to be accessible to a range of experience levels. I’ll guide you through each movement and offer options so you can move in a way that feels supportive to your body.
Some classes move more slowly and subtly than others. If you’re new to somatic practices, it’s normal for that pace to feel unfamiliar at first — you’re welcome to go at your own rhythm.

Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Strength classes require a yoga mat; bring your own, or we provide mat service for $3.
The studio has a water fountain with hot and cold water, as well as complimentary tea.

There is 2-hour unmetered street parking available on Broadway and unlimited parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please allow yourself extra time to find a spot, especially during busy hours.
If you’re nearby, biking is an option — there’s a bike lane on Broadway.
Note: Street sweeping runs Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Please check posted signs.

Classes typically begin with a brief introduction, followed by a grounding drop-in, warm-up, and guided movement tailored to the focus of the session.
You can expect a blend of strength, mobility, and body awareness, with an emphasis on breath and internal sensation. Each class is taught through a trauma-informed lens.
Hands-on assists are never offered unless explicit verbal and physical consent is given.

I usually check in at the beginning of class, but you’re also welcome to share privately before or after a session. This helps me offer modifications and support that meet your needs.

Yes — drop-ins are welcome.
Please note that advance registration is required, and classes must be booked at least 4 hours prior to start time. Availability may be limited, so checking the schedule ahead of time is recommended.

There is a 6-hour cancellation window for all classes.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of class start will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
I understand that unexpected situations happen — please reach out if you’d like me to consider a fee waiver.
