Access & Community

At the MOVEMENT, access to movement isn’t something extra. It’s part of how the studio operates.

Here’s how access is supported, and how care for one another is woven into the structure of the studio.

How Access Is Supported

Access at the MOVEMENT is supported in a few ways:

  • A portion of every paid membership helps fund access for those who need support

  • A small number of spots in classes are held on an ongoing basis for access needs

  • Optional contributions help expand what’s possible

This layered approach allows access to be offered steadily and with care, without relying on any one person to carry it.

If You’re Seeking Support

If finances are making it difficult to attend classes or participate in offerings right now, you’re welcome to reach out.

There’s no application process and no need to explain your situation. If support would be helpful, you can contact me directly and we’ll find a way forward together.

All requests are handled privately and with care.

If You’re Part of the Studio

Being part of the MOVEMENT means helping hold the space — for yourself and for others.

The simplest way this happens is through membership. A portion of every paid membership supports ongoing access within the studio, including reserved spots in classes.

If you feel called to offer additional support, optional contributions can be made below.

A Shared Approach

This work is rooted in trust and shared responsibility. Access isn’t a transaction, and support isn’t something to perform or justify.

The intention is simple: to make movement more available, while honoring the dignity and agency of everyone who comes into the space.
