Private sessions are designed to meet you with care, curiosity, and individualized attention.

Because everyone’s body, history, and needs are different, private work at the MOVEMENT begins with a foundational series that allows time to properly understand and support you. From there, you can continue more deeply or schedule one-off sessions as needed.


How private work begins

Foundation Series (4 sessions)

A personalized starting point

The Foundation Series is a four-session offering that creates a strong, informed base for ongoing private work.

The first session is dedicated to intake and assessment — getting to know your body, movement history, goals, and nervous system patterns. The remaining sessions build on this foundation with customized movement and somatic practices tailored to you.

This series allows Liz to work with you in a way that is thoughtful, responsive, and supportive from the start.

The Foundation Series may be right for you if you:

  • want individualized support from the ground up

  • are navigating pain, injury, stress, or recovery

  • are new to somatic movement and want guidance

  • want a movement plan designed specifically for you


Continuing the work

12-Week Private Program

Ongoing, integrative support

For those wanting deeper continuity, the 12-week program offers a sustained container for personalized movement and nervous system support.

This program allows time for:

  • addressing long-held patterns

  • building consistency and trust in the body

  • integrating strength, mobility, and somatic practices

  • supporting lasting change through repetition and relationship

Ongoing Private Sessions

Available after completing the Foundation Series

Once you’ve completed the Foundation Series, you’re welcome to schedule single private sessions as needed.

These sessions are perfect for tune-ups, continued exploration, or support during transitions — without the requirement of a longer commitment.

* Clients with an active Unlimited Membership receive a reduced rate on private sessions.


What to expect

Private sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs. You’ll be invited to move with awareness, choice, and curiosity — without pressure or performance.

  • in person

  • virtually

  • or as a hybrid arrangement
