Policies

At The MOVEMENT, we strive to create a supportive and respectful environment for all clients and instructors. To ensure smooth operations and clarity, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies:

Late Cancellation Policy

  • Window for Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class or session.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: A $10 fee will apply for cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled time.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for a class or private session without prior notice will be charged the full class or session fee.

Scheduling Policy

  • Private Sessions & Discovery Calls: All private sessions and discovery calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the session time.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for classes, passes, memberships, or unused sessions.

Class Pass Expiration

  • 10-Class Pass: Expires 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • 20-Class Pass: Expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

Private Session Memberships

  • 1x Weekly Private Sessions: Must be used within the calendar month. Unused sessions will not roll over to the following month.

  • Commitment: A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for all membership purchases. No refunds will be provided for unused sessions during the membership period.

Membership Agreements

  • By purchasing any membership or package, clients agree to the above terms and conditions, including expiration dates, cancellation policies, and refund policies.
