The Studio

the MOVEMENT is a calm, intentionally designed space for thoughtful, embodied movement.

The studio was created to feel welcoming, quiet, and supportive — a place where you can arrive as you are and move without pressure or performance. Every detail is considered with the nervous system in mind, from the size of the room to the pace of classes taught within it.


Designed with care

The studio supports a range of movement practices, from somatic floorwork to strength-based classes.

You’ll find:

  • an open, uncluttered room for movement

  • props available for comfort and support

  • a floor that invites grounding, rest, and exploration

  • a setting that encourages focus and ease

Everything here is meant to support both movement and stillness.

A space for presence

Classes are kept small to allow for individual pacing, attention, and choice. There is room to listen to your body, rest when needed, and move in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding.

This is not a loud or competitive environment. It’s a space that values awareness, attunement, and respect for each person’s experience.

Community & respect

The studio is shared by a community of mostly women who value intentional movement and mutual respect.

Students are never asked to perform, pose, or push beyond their limits. Privacy and consent are emphasized, and participation always remains a choice.
