A body exploration through BREATHWORK

Join Emi on a Breathwork journey as we explore the fertile landscape of our body. Emi will guide you through an active and conscious breathing technique to shift our attention away from our thinking mind, going inwards to access an expanded state of awareness. In this expanded state, we have an opportunity to experience deep healing on a physical and emotional level, giving space for our body to release trapped emotions, stagnant energy and whatever emerges that may need to be witnessed with openness.
Through regular practice, participants have been known to experience:
-greater self-awareness & connection to their body
-release of unconscious blocks & patterns
-relief from stress & anxiety
-increased clarity & creativity

This workshop includes:
-an introduction to the Breathwork principles and technique
-a guided meditation to ease us into the breath
-60 mins breathwork journey supported by sound and music
-integration after the journey through sharing/journaling

*Breathwork can produce certain physiological changes in the body and can result in intense physical and emotional release. This workshop is not appropriate for those currently pregnant or persons with severe cardiovascular problems, uncontrolled hypertension, severe mental/psychiatric illness, acute infectious illness, or brain/neurological conditions (including aneurysms, epilepsy, strokes, TIAs, seizures).
